Freight
When you order with us you can see your freight cost directly. Orders to Norway, Denmark, Finland and the rest of Europe and the world are calculated according to current freight fee. The freight method that we use is via the post office.
Orders abroad with a total weight of more than 2 Kilograms will be charged with extra freight cost, to be payed via PayPal.
Complaint
TNKreativt AB is responsible for problems in delivery within the restrictions of the conditions of purchase. TNKreativt AB does not bear any direct or indirect responsibility with regards for example to delivery delays, production stops, computer loss, additional work or other economic damages.
Returns policy
It is important that the customer checks the products upon delivery in order to verify whether the products are correct or faulty. In case refund is necessary, the customer should contact TNKreativt AB via telephone +46(0)911 133 20, e-mail info@tnkreativt.com or TNKreativt AB´s homepage and state the order number along with the reason of the complaint.
Faulty products that are returned should be treated as normal products. On all types of claim of refund it is imperative that the returned product is packed in such a way that it does not risk damage. In accordance to the purchasing laws the private customer can have a refund for the freight cost. In those cases where refund is not justifiable there is a charge of 200 SEK + VAT + freight cost + administrative cost.
TNKreativt AB reserves the right to replace a defective good with the similar good in the case where an identical good is not available.
The private customer has the right to reclaim within 14 days of purchase according to the distant purchasing laws. Return freight on product that is not broken/defective/incorrect must be paid by the customer along with the transport risk. The product must also be unused and sent back in its original wrapping. In the case that the packet is damaged upon delivery the customer must declare that at the post office. We do not collect products that are sent back with cash on delivery.
In the case products made according to the customer´s specific requirements , exchange of goods and refund does not apply.
If a good is damaged during transportation TNKreativt AB should be contacted within 5 days for product replacement.
Unclaimed delivery
For unclaimed delivery that is returned to TNKreativt AB a charge of about 250 SEK +VAT will be charged in order to cover TNKreativt AB´s costs for transport and administration.
Goods Damaged in Transportation
In the case of a product from TNKreativt AB which is damaged in transportation , irrespective of whether the damage is surely visible or concealed, this should be immediately reported to transportation agency (normally the post office with telephone number 020 340 340) within 7 days.
Force Majeure
In the event as wars, natural disaster, drastic change in the labour market, authorities´ decisions, absent deliveries from our suppliers, or any other outstanding event outside TNKreativt AB´s control, which cannot be anticipated, will be regarded ast force majeure, which means that TNKreativt AB is exempted from its obligations to fulfil known agreements.
Other items
TNKreativt AB reserves the right to change all information, including but not limited to prices, technical specifications and product offers, without any previous announcement. With regards to eventual out of stock at the stated price or due to that the product is no longer available for sale, TNKreativt AB has the right to revoke the purchase and to repay the paid amounts in the most suitable way. TNKreativt AB will also inform the customer about replacement items or the availability of equivalent objects for sale.
